The Growth Plan

Most couples start therapy with a single question: “Can we fix this?”

At Cracked Open, we help you go even deeper—with a Growth Plan designed to support both of you as individuals and as a couple.

Every couple begins with a discovery call and a 75-minute Growth Session—a space to explore what’s hurting, what you’re hoping for, and what kind of care could help you get there.

From there, we design your Growth Plan. It may include:

  • Couples therapy (EFT, Gottman, or integrated sex therapy)

  • Individual sessions to support personal growth

  • Intensive sessions for deeper repair

  • Group or body-based work to support emotional regulation

  • Monthly check-ins to reflect, adjust, and move forward

This isn’t about “just talking it out.”

It’s about creating a shared roadmap—so you’re not stuck in loops, but walking a new path together.

You’ll have a rhythm. A structure. A plan for reconnection.
